The design for this project was largely dictated by the setting and prominent waterside location overlooking the river Thames. The aim was to link the internal space to the water, providing a flexible living space that focusses on the river view.  The space proposed provides our clients with a place to sit at different times of the year as the seasons change.  CBLS achieved full planning approval for this scheme and will be moving onto the detail design shortly.
