We were appointed on this project to carry out a design to replace their current outdated loft conversion which dis not meet current standards with very poor access.  The property is a locally listed residential dwelling which resulted in some constraints at the planning stage, of which we were able to overcome with some careful design techniques and working closely with the local authority in order to achieve a design which was sensitive to the building's period and history.  The project was completed in November 2020
