CBLS were involved in the developed and technical design stages for the Nutley Dean Farm project which consists of 14 luxury new build residential properties. The scheme utilises traditional materials such as timber cladding, brick and roof tiles to suit the local vernacular whilst large glazed elements provide a modern twist.
