The client asked us to explore design options to optimise the layout of this large family home. The aim was to adjust the flow through the house to maximise light and improve outlook.   

 

CBLS proposed a rear extension to form a new kitchen/living space with lots of glass to maximise views over the large rear garden. In addition we proposed a side extension to increase the entertainment space, giving a sense of purpose to the pool area and connect it back to the main house. 

 

CBLS received full planning permission and the scheme is currently on site.
