We were employed on this project to design a large two-storey side extension to this existing beautifully restored locally listed residential property located in Surrey. 

 

The client wanted to enlarge their living space by including a living / dining space on the ground floor and large master bedroom suite on the first floor with walk in wardrobe and en-suite. 

 

Key to the design was to keep the existing building as untouched as possible and respecting the historical features. 

 

Planning permission was granted in February 2019.
