EVAS FLORIST

Evas Florist is a family run business over 4 generations. The florist has a large plot with extensive areas of hard standing. The owners have tried and failed multiple times over the last decade with other architects to gain planning approval for additional residential accommodation on this site.

Following pre-application advice CBLS were successful in getting planning approved for an additional new house whilst retaining the existing florist building. 

​

The light and spacious new property has 4 bedrooms, and benefits from open plan living space, large front and rear gardens as well as off street parking.
