The proposed development site is the entire 7th floor of 338 Euston Road, Regents Place, London.
The existing building is 17 storeys and is
comprised of approximately 115,000sq ft
of multi-let office space and associated
amenities including reception, juice bar,
lounge, showers and cycle parking.
The 7th floor was previously used as commercial office space but was dated and in need of modernisation.
CBLS Consultants in association with Aeris Group were approached to project
manage and undertake architectural,
mechanical and electrical design,
carrying though to construction, the strip out and proposed reconfiguration and
refurbishment of the 7th floor.
The proposal introduces smart, modern,
and functional laboratories as well as
flexible, collaborative and contemporary
office space.
The laboratory equipment and spatial
constraints required thoughtful, innovative solutions to enable modern day building services to be sympathetically integrated within the building, without impacting the other tenants.
